This independent villa of 30m², with an interior redone in 2007, is comfortably facing south and the sea. It is situated at the very end of our Mediterranean garden. The access is independent with a parking spot.
The modern kitchen, new shower facilities and new interior decoration make the villa comfortable in the summer as well in the winter (electric heating).
Situated in the Mont St Clair, you are sure to enjoy the calm and to be protected from the wind. The locals call the Mont St Clair ‘the countryside’ due to its greenness and its situation outside the city itself. You’ll be conveniently between the beach and the city (10 minutes to the beach by foot).
The prices vary from 230 euros to 700 euros per week depending on the period.
